General Orders
All general orders (including cookies, brownies and cinnamon rolls) must be confirmed at least 4 days before the desired pick up/delivery date.
Custom Cookie Orders
All custom cookie order requests must be confirmed at least 7 days before the desired pick up/delivery date (subject to change for larger orders or more intricate designs).
Custom Cake & Cupcake Orders
All custom cake or cupcake order requests must be confirmed at least 5 days before the desired pick up/delivery date (subject to change for larger orders or more intricate designs).
Holiday Orders
All holiday order requests must be confirmed at least 10 days before the desired pick up/delivery date (subject to change as my calendar fills up).
Please note that an order submission is only a request. Your order is not confirmed and added to my calendar until full payment is received.
Late Pick Up/No Show
All customers will have a 1 hour grace period for order pick ups (pick ups after 5PM will not be accepted). If a new time is not communicated and confirmed with me, you order is subject to be resold.
Refunds
All orders are subject to a 75% refund before baking has started. Once baking has begun for your order (in accordance with policies above), your order is non-refundable.
